Residential Addiction Treatment in Colombia
A place to begin again, with care built around the whole person.
Colombia Treatment Center is creating an intimate addiction and mental-health program for adults from Colombia and abroad—combining clinical structure, private accommodation and thoughtful continuity from first conversation through life after treatment.
Planned for the hills outside Medellín, Colombia. Currently in development — admissions information and launch updates are available now.
Guarantee
A setback does not have to mean starting from nothing.
Eligible clients who complete the full 120-day program may return for 30 days of residential care at no additional program fee if relapse occurs within six months of discharge.
Read the full guarantee terms →Subject to written eligibility terms, clinical suitability, approval and availability. Travel, medications and outside medical services are not included. This is a care benefit, not a guarantee of recovery or any clinical outcome.
The cycle of trying, improving for a while, and slipping back is exhausting.
Many people who enter treatment have tried to change before. That history is not wasted. It shows the clinical team what helped, what did not and what deserves closer attention this time.
Tell us what is happening →Treatment built around the person. Not the other way around.
A treatment plan should consider substance-use history, mental health, medical needs, relationships, previous treatment, risks, strengths and what has or has not helped before.
Qualified clinicians determine whether residential care is appropriate and which methods fit. Admission depends on clinical assessment; some medical or psychiatric presentations require a different level or type of care.
Explore the clinical modelAssessment looks beyond a diagnosis to the person, context and risks.
Methods are chosen for a reason, not added as a checklist.
The plan evolves with clinical need, progress and discharge goals.
One connected path, all the way through.
Knowing what happens next can make the first step feel more manageable. The planned program brings each stage into one coordinated continuum.

The Medellín region offers clinical resources, international connectivity and quieter highland communities. The exact site will be selected for privacy, accessibility, safety and proximity to appropriate medical services—not scenery alone.
International care without the institutional feel.
The concept is designed around a small-footprint, hospitality-informed environment while keeping clinical standards and patient safety at the center.
- Intentional distance from familiar routines and pressures
- A setting selected around safety, privacy and access to care
- Clear financial terms before any commitment
- Planning that connects treatment abroad with support at home
Treatment should feel deeply human, because it is.
Too often, families must choose between clinical rigor and an environment that feels personal. Colombia Treatment Center is being designed to bring both together: a small-capacity program, integrated mental-health care, clear pre-admission terms and continuity beyond discharge.
We are sharing the model before opening so patients, families and referring professionals can understand the standards we intend to meet—and follow the development process honestly.

The future program is intended to assess each patient individually, including substance-use patterns, mental-health history, medical risk and recovery environment.

The details that shape care.
A focused program model designed to make expectations clearer for patients and families.
A clearer path from first conversation to arrival.
International treatment only works when the logistics are as deliberate as the clinical plan. Every prospective admission begins with a confidential review of clinical fit, timing and travel.
- Pre-admission clinical screening
- Travel and arrival coordination
- Family communication planning
- Clear written terms before admission
- Discharge coordination back home
