A commitment to continued care—not a promise of an outcome
Recovery is not always a straight line. A return to substance use does not erase the work already done, and it should not prevent someone from asking for help again. The 30-Day Continued Care Guarantee is designed to make that next conversation clearer.
This is a defined care benefit. It does not guarantee abstinence, recovery or any particular clinical result. Eligibility and re-entry are determined under the written terms provided before admission.
Who may qualify
The commitment is intended for clients who complete Colombia Treatment Center's full 120-day program and are discharged in good standing by the clinical team.
When it may be used
The relapse must occur within six months of the client's official discharge date from the completed 120-day program. The client or family should contact admissions directly so the team can review the situation and determine an appropriate next step.
What is included
For an eligible return, the commitment covers a 30-day residential stay at no additional program fee.
What is not included
- Travel and transportation expenses
- Medications, medical detox supplies or outside medical services
- Hospital, specialist or other third-party costs
- Any service not identified as included in the written agreement
Clinical review and availability
Re-entry is not automatic. It remains subject to clinical suitability, safety considerations, accommodation availability and approval by the clinical team. A person who needs emergency, hospital-level, medical-detox or psychiatric care may require a different service before residential admission can be considered.
Written terms govern
The complete eligibility requirements, exclusions and activation process will be provided in writing before a client begins an eligible 120-day program. Those signed terms govern the commitment. Colombia Treatment Center is currently in development; this commitment will apply only when the program is open and the written policy is in effect.
